Over the years Heathcote Tutors has developed a study programme specifically designed to cover the needs of those in Essex and Suffolk wishing to pass both the 11 Plus and Entrance Exams to Independent Schools in Essex and surrounding areas.

Full details of these schools can be obtained from the Independent Schools Council Information Service (ISCIS). Formats differ at each age stage, but we are able to offer specialist tuition in both Maths and English.

Competition for the top schools is, as you would expect, extremely fierce.

Every year Heathcote Tutors students are awarded places in Selective Schools such as Colchester Royal Grammar School, King Edward VI Grammar School, Colchester County High School for Girls , Ipswich High School, Colchester High School and Chelmsford County High School for Girls, as well as Independent Schools including Ipswich School and RHS Holbrook.
