Almost every Entrance Exam at the 11 Plus stage in the Essex area follows the same format and will consist of 3 papers - Maths, English and Verbal Reasoning. Very occasionally, exams for Independent School entry will include a Non-Verbal Reasoning paper.

In order to have a chance of success in any 11 Plus exam, your child will need to achieve the highest standards in all of these areas, and to do this some form of expert help, such as that offered by Heathcote Tutors, is vital.
